Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Valentim Barnun2009-03-22 13:46:12 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Mas Jogos era uma comédia sobre política, algo que raramente é grande sucesso, e nele Roberts era mera coadjuvante. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ESTIMATIVAS - Fim de semana March 20–22, 2009 Weekend Studio Estimates Next update: Monday afternoon - Actual grosses for 70+ movies. // ord=1001321441; .write('< ="http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/imdb2.bom.weekend/;p=rh;tile=2;sz=300x250;ord=' + ord + '?" width="300" height="250" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" border="0" scrolling="no">'); if (navigator.userAgent.indexOf("Gecko")==-1) { document.write('< ="text/" ="http://ad.doubleclick.net/adj/imdb2.bom.weekend/;p=rh;tile=2;sz=300x250;abr=!ie;ord=' + ord + '?"><\/>'); } document.write('>'); //]]> < ="http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/imdb2.bom.weekend/;p=rh;tile=2;sz=300x250;ord=1001321441?" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no" width="300" border="0" height="250">> src="http://ad.doubleclick.net/ad/imdb2.bom.2/;p=rh;tile=2;sz=300x250;ord=1001321441?" border="0" alt="" /> <<Last Weekend <Last Year View Index TW LW Title (click to view) Studio Weekend Gross % Change Theater Count / Change Average Total Gross Budget* Week # 1 N Knowing Sum. $24,814,000 - 3,332 - $7,447 $24,814,000 - 1 2 N I Love You, Man P/DW $18,005,000 - 2,711 - $6,641 $18,005,000 - 1 3 N Duplicity Uni. $14,402,000 - 2,574 - $5,595 $14,402,000 - 1 4 1 Race to Witch Mountain BV $13,004,000 -46.7% 3,187 - $4,080 $44,715,000 - 2 5 2 Watchmen WB $6,725,000 -62.3% 3,510 -101 $1,916 $98,065,000 $150 3 6 3 The Last House on the Left (2009) Uni. $5,921,000 -58.1% 2,402 +1 $2,465 $24,047,000 - 2 7 4 Taken Fox $4,100,000 -37.6% 2,661 -197 $1,541 $133,139,000 - 8 8 6 Slumdog Millionaire FoxS $2,700,000 -46.0% 2,067 -511 $1,306 $137,202,000 $15 19 9 5 Tyler Perry's Madea Goes to Jail LGF $2,510,000 -50.9% 1,835 -368 $1,368 $87,208,000 - 5 10 9 Coraline Focus $2,143,000 -21.2% 1,431 -337 $1,498 $72,803,000 - 7 11 7 Paul Blart: Mall Cop Sony $1,875,000 -39.9% 1,762 -519 $1,064 $141,084,000 $26 10 12 8 He's Just Not That Into You WB (NL) $1,270,000 -56.8% 1,302 -588 $975 $91,564,000 - 7 13 11 Confessions of a Shopaholic BV $761,000 -60.8% 917 -674 $830 $42,948,000 - 6 14 12 Fired Up SGem $750,000 -54.4% 1,209 -309 $620 $16,803,000 $20 5 15 13 Gran Torino WB $735,000 -51.2% 825 -277 $891 $145,090,000 $33 15 16 31 Sunshine Cleaning Over. $705,000 +221.6% 64 +60 $11,016 $994,000 - 2 17 10 Miss March FoxS $680,000 -71.8% 1,742 - $390 $4,137,000 - 2 18 14 The Reader Wein. $545,000 -58.4% 704 -298 $774 $32,909,000 $32 15 19 18 Hotel for Dogs P/DW $407,000 -29.6% 522 -282 $780 $70,910,000 - 10 20 26 Under the Sea 3D WB $386,000 +25.6% 54 +4 $7,148 $3,900,000 - 6Mime2009-03-22 14:34:01 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Members Administrator Posted March 22, 2009 Members Report Share Posted March 22, 2009 Pode até ser normal para o gênero, mas isso não significa que a fita está indo bem. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- 'Gran,' 'Marley' top foreign box office 'Monsters' attacks Russia, Ukraine By DAVE MCNARY Clint Eastwood's "Gran Torino" tied with "Marley and Me" for the top weekend slot at a generally mild foreign box office with $8.8 million each. The frame saw impressive biz from Paramount's "Monsters vs. Aliens," which debuted a week ahead of its domestic launch with $6.9 million at 632 in Russia and the Ukraine. The Russian launch represented the fourth-highest of any animated pic in that market; the 115 venues equipped with 3-D delivered a sizzling $17,000 per location average. "Monsters vs. Aliens" will expand into most key foreign markets in April. The frame marked the first in nearly a year without a pic topping the $10 million mark, though revisions to Sunday estimates could change that. The last weekend without a film cracking the eight-figure level came on April 18-20 when gambling drama "21" led with $9.95 million. As with its domestic launch for "Duplicity," Universal generated only moderate biz for the Julia Roberts vehicle with $4.2 million at 998 in 11 markets, led by third-place launches in Spain with $1.5 million and in the U.K. with $1.2 million. "Gran Torino," playing at 2,500 in 38 markets, saw its top figures in Spain as its third weekend led the market with $1.8 million and its second Italian frame with $1.7 million, off only 24%. "Torino" has been showing decent overseas traction with $60 million midway through its run. "Marley," with led last weekend, had a nearly identical footprint to "Torino" as it played at 2,909 in 38 markets. The doggie tale dug up its top grosses in the U.K. with $2.9 million in its second frame, off over 50%, and in Spain with a $1.4 million launch. "Watchmen" remained a player with $7 million at 4,338 in 58 territories, declining 47% in its third frame. The dark superhero pic hasn't been able to generate significant traction overseas with the foreign cume now at $60.1 million -- $38 million behind the domestic total. Tom Cruise's "Valkyrie" led the rest of the pack with $4.6 million at 1,000 -- most of that from a $4 million Japanese launch. The WW2 thriller's cumed $106 million overseas, or $23 million more than its domestic take. Disney's "Confessions of a Shopaholic" snapped up $4.3 million at 2,062 in 11 markets, led by its $1.2 million in its second Australian weekend. The Isla Fisher vehicle's totaled $37.9 million internationally early in its foreign run. Sony's "Paul Blart: Mall Cop" pulled in $3.7 million at 985 in eight markets, mostly from a $1.9 million British opening and a $1 million Australian launch. "Blart" has just started its foreign run with a $5.2 million cume, while its domestic total is an astounding $141 million. Adam Sandler's "Bedtime Stories" checked in with $2.6 million at 2,047 in 22 markets, taking the foreign cume to $101.7 million to match "You Don't Mess With the Zohan" as Sandler's top performing pic in overseas markets.
