Outras, parece que ele simplesmente assistiu a filme diferente que eu. E esse conflito só aumentou após ter tido a oportunidade de fazer o curso de crítica cinematográfica com ele. No curso, ele enfatizou que a crítica deve falar sobre o filme em si, sem levar em consideração os bastidores do filme ou suas origens. Mas, como sempre, toda regra tem exceção. Como é o caso de "Mamma Mia!" Oras, é FUNDAMENTAL saber que o único motivo da existência do filme são as músicas do Abba. O musical original, bem como o filme, foram criados em torno destas canções. Assim, se Abba não é seu estilo musical, fique longe. Simples assim. Assim, me surpreende vendo o Pablo escrever coisas como "Mamma Mia! Sua trilha sonora, Ainda dá um monte de bola fora!" Oras, isso é desconhecer as razõpes que levaram à criação do filme. É um filme feito por e para fãs do Abba. Nada mais, nada menos.[/quote'] eu tambem não entendi isso. o que ele esparava? ele assiste um filme todo baseado nas musicas do abba e diz que a trilha dá bola fora, mas como pode ser se ela tem justo as melhores musicas do abba? a não ser que ele não goste de nenhuma musica do abaa, e aí já dava pra ele saber que a trilha dava bola fora mesmo antes de ver o filme, afinal isso ta escrito no poster. Eu sinceramente não vi nenhum uso abusivo de green screen - e olhe que assisti o filme no cinema e em meu micro. O que eu vi foi um uso inadequado do recurso conhecido como "noite americana" - mas confundir noite americana com green screen é um pouco demais! Pablo, Pablo... deixe o preconceito e os sentimentos pessoais de lado, e analise o filme como um crítico que às vezes você é. E o que é essa noite americana? em geral eu concordo com o que a maioria falou, achei que a critica não condiz ao filme, um musical bem divertido, pra vc ver se divertir e cantarolar, sair do cinema com um sorriso no rosto. se ele está conseguindo isso alsançou seu objetivo. Fique claro que o filme não é ruim por conter músicas do ABBA, vide O Casamento de Muriel. Esse sim, um bom filme, inclusive foi o seu sucesso que inspirou a peça, que acabou não chegando nem aos pés. O problema deste filme é exatamente o mesmo problema da peça musical: é apenas uma desculpa para tocar as músicas do ABBA, sendo todo o resto meramente incidental. Crítica tendenciosa? Se odiou não pode escrever? Crítica cinematográfica não é pesquisa científica em exatas, não. Tem que ter um repertório de conhecimentos para fazer? Certamente. Mas é irrefutável: crítica de cinema tem sempre alto teor de opinião, de doxa. Com a crítica concorda quem quiser, que não quiser, escreva a sua. Seus comentários são de amargar, melhor não se pronunciar, elogiou o "ratatui" deve ter por fora recebido... Members pedroargenti Posted October 6, 2008 Members Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 Quando se estuda história do cinema se passa a entender melhor o porquê dos musicais levarem a pecha de "filmes ruins", "popularescos", etc. Mas há grandes filmes musicais, avant-garde, alguns que provocaram verdadeiras revoluções, então é preciso ser ponderado. Assim como não basta um filme ser um drama ou um épico para ser um filme bom. Mas quando um filme é ruim, ele é ruim mesmo, sendo musical ou não. O problema é que as pessoas não conseguem conceber a idéia de que é possível gostar de filmes ruins, risos! Guilty pleasures, como dizem. Tem filmes horrorosos que são maravilhosos. Que nos divertem, que nos emocionam. Mas que são caça-níqueis, mal acabados, mal cortados, mal fotografados, mal atuados, roteiro catastrófico, etc, etc. Não é feio gostar de filme ruim. Só tem que saber reconhecer que tem filmes que contribuem menos ou simplesmente não contribuem para o cinema enquanto arte e técnica. Primeiro, nunca houve uma banda tão hostilizada na histórida da música quanto o Abba. É muita hostilidade; a coisa chega às raias do ódio. Dizem que o motivo é que a banda era ruim, brega ou sei lá o que mais. Mas, se era tão ruim, por que tanta questão de atacar a banda. Logicamente, há alguma coisa na banda que incomoda os detratores. E tudo isso vem desde os anos 70. O Abba foi o grupo musical que dominou a música mundial entre meados dos anos 70 até o início dos anos 80. Tanto tempo de dominância é sinal da qualidade que a música possui. Segundo, essa tendência de argumentar a suposta simplicidade das músicas da banda em comparação com a alegada complexidade das músicas dos beatles. Na sala do forum específica do filme, eu escrevi. "Nós todos vivemos em um submarino amarelo, submarino amarelo, submarino amarelo" (Beatles) "Eu quero segurar a sua mão, eu quero segurar a sua mão" (Beatles) Ah, são os beatles, é o máximo MAS se a letra for "Se você estiver só quando os pássaros bonitos se forem, eu ainda estou livre, dê uma chance a mim" (Abba) OU "Eu já passei por todos os grandes romances, eu sentia que você roubava as minhas oportunidades" ah, aí não! Aí é brega, banal, etc Música simples, todas as bandas fazem, mas somente o Abba é massacrado por este motivo. Não digo que você tenha o comportamente acima descrito. Members pantalaimon Posted October 7, 2008 Members Report Share Posted October 7, 2008 beatles é unanimidade, vai ganhar de abba sempre em todos os quesitos, mas fico com "mamma mia!" ao inves daquela bostinha chamada "across the universe"; ali so as musicas dos beatles se salvam, msm, pq o filme é terrivel. os beatles mereciam uma coisa melhor; "mamma mia!" acerta por nao ser pretensioso, e claro, usar as armas q tem - ninguem esperava algo poetico ou mais trabalhado em termos de historia e trama para um filme com musicas do abba, originalmente feitas pra isso, entreter. ja "across the universe" perde a chance de ser algo maior, pois material para isso tinha - errou feio. Members pantalaimon Posted October 15, 2008 Members Report Share Posted October 15, 2008 600 milhoes é muito dificil, mas nao impossivel. é q o filme ja estreou em quase todos os lugares, e os mercados restantes nao sao tao fortes. mas dos 550 passa. ja é o musical de maior sucesso internacional de todos, e repito, custou 52 milhoes. é mais de 10 vezes o q custou! Quem os compara com os Beatles é porque não se lembra que eles também tiveram seus momentos pop... A questão é que ABBA não é cool...eles já foram considerados bregas e pop demais, não é legal pra esse povo cult admitir que gosta de algo tão popular! E quem não gosta de musicais, não adianta, nunca vai curtir mesmo, e no caso de um crítico de cinema que não gosta de musicais, só resta se basear nas críticas internacionais mais conceituadas para dar seu veredicto - "Across the Universe e Moulin Rouge foram considerados bacanões? Então tá, eu aprovo! E outra...não é porque um filme não é profundo e cheio de referências que ele não é bom. Já no caso de um musical sobre o ABBA, aí não tem como, elogiar um gênero que não se gosta com músicas de uma banda que não se gosta é impossível mesmo. Eu já adorei, saí feliz do cinema, tive vontade de cantar e dançar, a mesma sensação que tive ao ver Hairspray! The "feel good" movie!
