Trata-se de M- O VAMPIRO DE DUSSELDORF O filme continua um policial fantastico, quase 80 anos depois do seu lançamento. Com uma fotografia fortemente influenciada pelo expressionismo, e um Peter Lorre inspiradissimo a frente do elenco, M é cinema d melhor qualidade, e um represantante d uma fase maravilhosa do cinema alemão. Até deveria rever, pq já faz uns anos, mas lembro daquela fotografia futurista fodástica contrastando com o sofrimento visível do ser humano. Demais! Um dos filmes psicologicamente mais coesos que já vi. Quanto a Metropolis, uma pena que a trilha do filme da cópia brasileira do DVD esteja tão ruim. Members Questão Posted January 24, 2010 Members Report Share Posted January 24, 2010 Ví o classico METROPOLIS Neste epico futurista, Lang nos mostra um futuro sombrio, em que os trabalhadores vivem um regime de semi escravidão no subterrabeo, enquando os ricos desfrutam das regalias na superficie. Curti o filme. Lang mostra mais uma vez q é de fato um expressionista, através da direção d atores, e da linda direção d arte do filme. Members Gago Posted January 27, 2010 Members Report Share Posted January 27, 2010 Um dos diretores que eu acredito poder apontar, sem o menor risco de remorso, como um dos maiores. Seu A morte cansada foi, dentre outras coisas, o filme preferido de Alfred Hitchcock e o principal motivo para que Luís Buñuel optasse por iniciar sua carreira de diretor de cinema. Fincou um dos pilares mais básicos de toda a ficção científica, Metrópolis, um filme caprichado visualmente (marca de Lang e do movimento no qual estava inserido) e muito inteligente na maneira como moldura o estado das coisas. E, claro, M - o vampiro de dusseldorf, meu filme favorito de toda a década de 30 e um dos mais impressionantes a que tive a oportunidade de conferir, independentemente da época. É pouco ou quer mais? Procurei vários e achei este o melhor que encontrei, pois parece-me que posso aprender muito aqui. Aobre o Metrópolis, lembro-me de o ter visto há já uns bons anos no cinema (ainda com a música dos Queen) e depois do que eu estudei, sempre achei que ele bem via o que seria o futuro da Alemanha, sobretudo na figura do cientista. Ele viverá imortalizado com os seus filmes como Metropolis, A Saga dos Nibelungos e M O Vampiro de Dusselndorf. O meu preferido é Metropolis é uma tremenda critica ao Capitalismo e sua divisão do trabalho desigual. Embora o estúpido do Hitler não tenha percebido isto para a sorte do Fritz Lang. Ai embaixo está uma tradução que fiz de sua vida que busquei no IMDB. Como eu não sou tradutor de textos eficiente pode ser que tenha “alguns” vacilos na tradução. Mas acho que pelo menos 60 % do texto é compreensível. Hehehehe! Mini Biografia Fritz Lang nasceu em Viena, Áustria-Hungria (Atual Áustria) em 1890. Seu pai era engenheiro <?:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" />em uma Companhia da construção Civil. Sua mãe, Pauline Schlesinger, era uma Judia, mas foi convertida ao Catolicismo quando Lang tinha dez anos. Depois do ensino médio, ele se matriculou brevemente na Technische Hochschule (Espécie de Escola técnica) e então em seguida começou a treinar pintura. De 1910 até 1914, ele viajou pela Europa e então só posteriormente também foi para Ásia e norte da África. Ele também estudou pintura em Paris de 1913-14. Logo então começou a Primeira Guerra Mundial. Ele retorna a Viena, alistando no exército em Janeiro de 1915. Seriamente ferido em junho 1916, ele escrevia alguns cenários de filmes enquanto se recuperava. No começo de 1918, ele é enviado de volta para casa em estado de choque e agiu rapidamente no teatro vienense antes aceitar o emprego de escritor em uma empresa de produção a Erich Pommer’s em Berlim, Decla. Em Berlim, Lang trabalhou brevemente como escritor até ser então diretor, foi então para Ufa, Nero-Film, de propriedade do americano Seymour Nebenzal. Em 1920, ele começou sua relação com a então atriz e escritora Thea Von Harbou (1889-1954), que com ele escreveu o script dos mais famosos filmes de sua carreira como: O Dr. Mabuse, O Jogador Uma Imagem do Tempo (1922), Os Nibelungos - A Morte de Siegfried (1924), Metropolis (1927) e M - O Vampiro de Dusselndorf (1930) (creditado somente por von Harbou). Ele casou em 1922 e divorciou em 1933. Foi neste ano que o ministro nazista da propaganda Josef Goebbles ofereceu a Lang um trabalho como o cabeça do Instituto de cinema alemão. Lang que era anti-nazista principalmente por causa e sua formação Católica recusou tal posição (tal posição foi oferecida mais tarde para a cineasta Leni Riefenstahl que aceitou). Depois de enviar secretamente a maior parte de seu dinheiro para fora do país, ele fugiu da Alemanha para Paris. Após cerca de um anos em Paris, Lang se mudou para os Estados Unidos em meados 1934, inicialmente sob um contrato com a MGM . Durante os próximos 20 anos, ele dirigiu inúmeros filmes Estadunidenses. Nos anos 50, por parte durante o declínio econômico da indústria do cinema, Lang perdeu sua grande reputação de cineasta devido às inúmeras dificuldades com atores, por se abusivo.
