Episódio 17 inspirado em Low and Order.

"I can both see and hear you."

"Can I object? I'll allow it. Sustained."

SPOILERS

"- Take him to the Infinite Maze of Eternal Ice!

- Yeah!

- No! Take him to the police. He killed someone, take him to jail... You guys are weird."

:D :D :D

'Community': James Brolin to play Jeff Winger's dad in Thanksgiving episode -- EXCLUSIVE

by Dan Snierson

Jeff Winger should have a Thanksgiving to remember this year on Community, because it also will double as a sort of Father’s Day. That’s right, Jeff (Joel McHale) will finally come face-to-face with his estranged dad, William Winger, and William will be played by… James Brolin. Community‘s producers tell EW that the Emmy winner (Marcus Welby, M.D.,Hotel), spouse of Streisand, and father of Josh, will guest-star in the NBC comedy’s Thanksgiving-themed episode, titled “Cooperative Escapism in Familial Relations.” In the episode, which airs in November, Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) hosts an awkward gathering at her place with the study group, while Jeff winds up at the house of his father, whom he hasn’t seen since he was a kid, and a different kind of discomfort ensues.

Brolin has popped up in recent years on such shows as The Defenders and Psych. Community returns for a 13-episode fourth season on Oct. 19.

- It's just the two of you pretending to have a show.

- Sometimes it feels that way.

Brilhante!

Community Finally Has a Return Date! NBC Announces Its Midseason Premiere Schedule

Fellow Community nerds, I come bearing great news! Our beloved comedy finally has a return date after being jerked around the schedule by an uncaring NBC. The fourth season of The Greendale Tales will debut on...

FEBRUARY 7 AT 8PM

That's a Thursday, which means Community will reclaim its original time slot. It will replace 30 Rock, which at that point will have wrapped up its final season. Community was originally scheduled to air on Fridays beginning October 19, but NBC finally stopped taking stupid pills and saw the light.

The Community premiere date comes as part of NBC's announcement of its midseason schedule. Another big change is the move of Smash from Mondays to Tuesdays, essentially killing the "Music Mondays" the network was so keen on last season. Smash returns with a two-hour episode on February 5 at 9pm.

New comedy 1600 Penn, a family sitcom set in the White House starring Bill Pullman, Jenna Elfman, and Josh Gad, joins NBC's Thursday-night block starting January 10. It will air at 9:30pm, pushing Parks and Recreation up to 8:30pm. Up All Night will take a break while itretools itself as a multi-camera comedy.

Revolution, which NBC is calling "the season's only bona fide new hit series," will take an extended vacation at the start of the new year. The sci-fi drama will return on March 25, presumably after a midseason finale sometime in December. That means Revolution, a serialized sci-fi fantasy drama, will be off the air for a quarter of the year. Ditto for The Voice, which is currently in its third season and will return for its fourth on the same night. NBC just can't keep those two apart!

Subbing in for Revolution and The Voice during their breaks will be The Biggest Loser and new drama Notorious Infamous Deception (its third name).

Here's how the schedule breaks down, in handy-dandy list form, with the rest of the returns and premieres (be warned that it's confusing, but that's NBC for ya!):

NBC's MIDSEASON 2013 PREMIERE DATES (AND OTHER TIME CHANGES)

Sunday, January 6

9:00pm – The Biggest Loser (special two-hour premiere)

Monday, January 7

8:00pm – The Biggest Loser (regular one-hour edition)

10:00pm – Deception

Thursday, January 10

9:30pm – 1600 Penn

Tuesday, February 5

8:00pm – Betty White's Off Their Rockers (back-to-back episodes)

Tuesday, February 5

9:00pm – Smash (two-hour premiere)

Thursday, February 7

8:00pm – Community

8:30pm – Parks and Recreation (time change)

Tuesday, February 12

10:00pm – Smash (regular one-hour edition)

Sunday, March 3

9:00pm – The Celebrity Apprentice (two-hour premiere)

Monday, March 25

8:00pm – The Voice (two-hour edition)

10:00pm – Revolution (returning from hiatus)

Tuesday, March 26

8:00pm – The Voice (one-hour edition)

Sunday, March 31

8:00pm – Ready For Love

10:00pm – The Celebrity Apprentice (one-hour edition)

Obviously we encourage you to express your pleasure over Community's return date—and share any other thoughts you have about NBC's midseason schedule—in the comments.

We may laugh at the on-camera antics of the Greendale Community College, but off-camera, the place is cursed. Cursed, I tell you! Chevy Chase, he of the angry phone call full of profanities and stubborn foot-dragging, is leaving Community and won't be returning, according to Deadline Hollywood. The decision was mutual, with both parties (Chase and Sony, the show's studio) agreeing that his departure was the best form of action.

No more Pierce Hawthorne. No more curmudgeonly racism. No more secret flasks inside of pens—Chase is leaving the show immediately. Luckily, most of Season 4 has already been filmed, meaning Pierce will only miss the last few episodes of the season.

I've always been more accepting of Pierce Hawthorne than most Community fans, so I'm bummed. I was also raised on Chevy Chase, growing up with movies like Fletch andCaddyshack. Heck, I even liked Funny Farm. However, I can't defend the allegations about his behavior behind the scenes, and if the show is better off with him leaving, that's the most important thing.

community_pillowman.jpg

But can we all agree that even though Community is one of the most inventive comedies to hit television in the last decade, it's an utter mess, production-wise? Series creator Dan Harmon was fired at the end of last season, something that rarely happens in television. I'm sure the nuisance of Chase's disgruntled outbursts caused nothing but turmoil. The Community set must be one of the most bipolar places in Hollywood, if people are getting fired and arguing one minute and manifesting genius in episodes like "Remedial Chaos Theory" the next. What an absolute shame. And as much as it pains me to say this, there's no way NBC will renewCommunity for a fifth season or order more episodes beyond the 13 slated for Season 4. I just don't see it happening. I'M BUMMED, GUYS!

One more thing: How convenient that this news comes just as most people are in airport hell on their way to Thanksgiving dinner. Now, I'm not saying NBC and Sony TV are trying to bury it while Americans are busy spending time with their families, but okay yes that's exactly what I'm saying.

Farewell, Pierce. I will miss you.
