O remake estrelado por Elisha Cuthbert e Paris Hilton, estreou em maio nos cinemas americanos, e em junho no Brasil, com excelente bilheteria. Agora, o filme chega às lojas brasileiras em 6 de outubro em edição especial. Confira os detalhes do filme e do DVD. Sinopse: A viagem de carro para o maior campeonato universitário de futebol americano do ano se torna um pesadelo para Carly (Elisha Cuthbert), Paige (Paris Hilton) e seus amigos quando eles decidem acampar durante a noite, antes de seguirem para o jogo. Um incidente com um misterioso motorista de caminhão deixa a todos transtornados, e Carly tem trabalho para manter as coisas calmas entre seu namorado, Wade (Jared Padalecki), e seu irmão cabeça quente, Nick (Chad Michael Murray). Quando acordam na manhã seguinte, eles descobrem que o carro foi intencionalmente danificado. Sem outra saída, aceitam carona até Ambrose, a única cidade próxima. Ao chegarem lá, a principal atração da cidade chama sua atenção: a Casa de Cera de Trudy, repleta de estátuas de cera que possuem uma impressionante semelhança com pessoas de verdade. Curiosidades: - Em 26 de junho de 2004, durante as filmagens, o estúdio que usavam na Warner pegou fogo. Ninguém se feriu mas a produção ficou parada durante semanas até que a reconstrução do estúdio terminasse;- Paris Hilton não precisou fazer qualquer teste para o filme. O diretor decidiu que ela seria perfeita para interpretar a personagem;- Para promover o filme, a Warner pediu permissão a Paris para vender camisas com o texto "On May 6th, See Paris Die!". The songs that Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers introduced, however, are among the best romantic tunes ever written: "Cheek to Cheek," "The Way You Look Tonight" and "They Can't Take That Away From Me." And the dance numbers, well, they're the reason why these films are still being watched, almost three-quarters of a century later. This set contains five of the 10 features costarring Astaire and Rogers, and the lion's share of their timeless tunes from the likes of the Gershwins, Jerome Kern and Dorothy Fields and Irving Berlin. As has been the case with Warner's past Golden Age box sets, the movies are each supplemented by a live-action short and a cartoon. Of central interest to fans are three audio commentaries handled by Astaire's daughter, Ava Astaire McKenzie, and various Astaire-Rogers experts. Deserving special mention is author John Mueller, who seems to have committed every frame of Swing Time to memory; he perfectly paces his detailed remarks about the film so that he can introduce incidents mere seconds before they appear on screen. The five featurettes produced by Summerland Pictures to accompany the movies present the same author experts, McKenzie and other such dedicated fans as Michael Feinstein, who offers interesting tidbits about the productions, the reunion of the team in The Barkleys of Broadway and Astaire's singular devotion to his craft. In addition, those daring souls who'd like to duplicate Astaire and Rogers' fancy footwork are given a few tips from Broadway dancers and choreographers. The docs remind us of just how special these dance musicals are, but there's really no substitute for watching (and rewatching) them for a hint of how easily Astaire and Rogers came to personify the concepts of elegance and style. Both of these classic movies will be available to own from the 25th October this year, and should set you back around $24.96 a piece. I'm afraid Columbia hasn't revealed the specs for these titles yet, but we'll bring you further details very shortly. E se tiver uma cena da Elektra no chuveiro.. Como sabemos q as chances disso acontecer são remotas.. Sério, Elektra é igual Blade3. Não tem ed. especial q salve..
