Não me surpreeenderia se "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" ganhasse Best Picture, Best Original Screenplay, Best Actress, e Best Supporting Actor, tornando-se assim o principal ganhador da noite em importância.

Não sou especialista nesse tipo de produção, mas eu adorei o filme. Não entendo essa nota baixa, parece má vontade. Gostei da rapidez, de como ele não perde tempo com origens, de como ele resolve rixas românticas apenas com insinuações, por exemplo; gostei da química entre os atores (alguns só têm carisma - como a Gadot - outros têm talento RealOficial como o Ezra Miller); gostei do figurino; da atmosfera mais bem humorada... Mas, gente, esse vilão é uma bosta! Um antagonista sintético, convencional, bobo, com voz gutural sem criatividade. O antagonista é o responsável para que a história de fato exista, então teria de ser melhor construído. Pra mim, é o grande senão do filme, junto com a trilha sonora do Danny Elfman - que é o mesmíssimo trabalho de sempre.

Pra indicação, sim. Parece que a caída de "Blade Runner 2049" se dá em todas as categorias. Quem está assumindo a ponta, não sem razão, em Efeitos Visuais, é o maravilhoso "War for The Planet of The Apes", que seria o primeiro Oscar da franquia/trilogia, já que o o "Rise" perdeu nesta categoria para "Hugo" e o "Dawn" perdeu para "Interstellar". Seria o quinto Oscar de Joe Letteri, responsável principal e premiado antes por "Avatar", "King Kong, "The Lord of The Rings: The Return of The King", e "The Lord Of the Rings: The Two Towers". Ou então a Academia pode achar que já é o bastante e premiar "Dunkirk". Vamos aguardar.

As acusações de assédio sexual em Hollywood podem fazer uma vítima inesperada: "Call Me By Your Name". Não via o filme vencendo, e, agora, definitivamente não irá. O politicamente correto não permitirá discutir sequer a ideia de "consenso" entre os amantes de gerações diferentes ( o personagem do garoto tem 17 anos). A indicação de Luca Guadagnino, em Direção, igualmente perdeu força, subiu no telhado. Se há uma coisa que falta no mundo atualmente é "nuance". Em todas as áreas.
