Eu estava descrente quanto as chances dele em Roteiro Adaptado, mas agora que vi, tenho cenho certeza que entra. Gillian Flynn e Steve McQuenn são os roteiristas - seria a primeira indicação na categoria para ambos. É muita reviravolta. É reviravolta em cima de reviravolta em cima de reviravolta, e todas críveis. No fim das contas, é um filme de ação - por mais que toque em várias questões culturais relevantes. Viola Davis, te venero, te venero rude, te venero demais! Mas o maior destaque pra mim foi a Elizabeth Debicki. Pena que o filme - não sei por quê - flopou na bilheteria. Eu odiei o filme, mas reconheço o mérito técnico. Além disso, o Design de Produção, com aquelas figuras em flores, também é muito legal. Nunca perder de vista que é um prêmio decidido por menos de 100 votantes. É essa a dimensão, não mais. A categoria que mais importa, a meu ver, é Direção. "Roma" não é elegível para a categoria de Drama no Globo de Ouro, pois - julgo eu - Netflix é tratada como tevê , e eles têm uma divisão por tevê. Mas, entretanto, eu soube que os atores poderiam disputar (no caso, Yalitza Aparicío). É meio contraditório isso. "A Star is Born" e "Bohemian Rhapsody" foram indicados pelos estúdios como contendores em Drama, e não Musicais. Mesmo assim a concorrência na parte de Comédia/Musical continua forte com "The Favourite", "Vice', "Crazy Rich Asians", "Mary Poppins Returns", etc. "A Star is Born" parece ser o favorito de uma premiação que precisa e gosta de estrelas vencendo.
