Das melhores atuações que eu vi nos últimos anos, sem dúvida alguma. E Gwyneth Paltrow cada vez melhor![/quote'] Eu acho que essa piração dele é mais deboche do que qualquer outra coisa. E o negócio do Casey affleck tá seguindo ele pra fazer um documentário torna isso ainda mais suspeito. Mas é imbecil e sem graça de qualquer jeito. Na própria entrevista do Letterman dizem que quando a gravação acabou o Joaquin já tava agindo de maneira completamente normal Two lovers é provavelmente um dos filmes que eu mais espero pra ver esse ano também. Members guidon Posted April 1, 2009 Members Report Share Posted April 1, 2009 É incrível como Paltrow parece ter tomado mesmo jeito em sua carreira, isso até me surpreende e muito, depois de A Prova acho que ela é capaz de entregar qualquer atuação no mínimo boa. E acho que a Jolie toma o mesmo caminho. Mas até simpatizo com ela, gostei de sua atuação em "A Prova", mas desde então não vi nada de bom, e não lembro de ver um filme excelente dela, independente de sua atuação. Fui pego principalmente por essas duas atuações que FeCamargo falou e também por Sylvia - Paixão Além das Palavras, onde ela mostra versatilidade que eu jamais pensei que ela tinha. Só não gosto dela no início da carreira (Shakespeare Apaixonado, Talentoso Ripley, Um Crime Perfeito, etc.). Eu era o maior bandeirinha contrário a baixar filmes, mas nesse caso não me contive. Nunca me arrependerei (e ainda verei o filme mais umas 79 vezes no cinema). Members guidon Posted April 4, 2009 Members Report Share Posted April 4, 2009 Sobre Paltrow, ela está bem em Shakespeare in love, mas o Oscar é um absurdo, embora realmente não seja sua culpa, porque ninguém mandou os acadêmicos caírem no joguinho dos Weinstein, mas as partes onde ela finge ser homem são um equívoco, ela não segura mesmo. Também gosto muito dela em Correndo com tesouras, que como o Alex comentou, tem um ótimo elenco, encabeçado pela sempre extraordinária Annette Bening, de quem tenho sentido muita falta. Sou fã dela. Best Actress - April Fool* Predictions *because it's so foolish to start predicting this early I changed this first shortlist guess a lot before cementing it for publication. I hesitated to place Pfeiffer at all because it seems like a dream... too good to be true. I made peace with my favorite not having an Oscar 'round about 2004. Only last year after the announcement of her reunion with Stephen Frears (who led her to nomination #1) did I break the code with myself that I wouldn't get excited about her Oscar prospects anymore. The White Oleander situation in 2002 nearly killed me. That said... though I'm iffy on Pfeiffer's chances (I think she's like a Nicole Kidman for the Academy: they like her sometimes but they're not naturally drawn to her. No default nominations will occur) I was even iffier and couldn't quite get it up fully for the prospects of anyone in Tier 2. Though all of them do seem like real possibilities if people end up either loving the performances or the films that contain them. The only one I feel very confident about is Mulligan. Mirren is well loved enough to return to the shortlist (but who knows. The film might be bad) but she has 4 films this year and that's always tricky. Sometimes it's helpful, sometimes it's not. Con: Disabilities are baitier for the male actors. Strange but true. Pro: Audiences, critics and the Academy want her to succeed. Good will counts. Con: Will Streep pull all the focus even though the book is about Julie rather than Julia? Pro: Hollywood sometimes loves a good offscreen media angle -she's playing husband and wife with her husband in this bio on scientific Charles Darwin and his religious wife. Con: Distribution? Wild Card! Brilliance by association? She grew up to be Vanessa Redgrave in Atonement. Now she's the daughter of Julie Christie? Plus 1939 is, like, the best movie year ever. I'm intrigued. Fora outras moçoilas ali que nem faço idéia de quem sejam... Eu fico assim: - Meryl Streep por um dos dois filmes; - Helen Mirren por um dos quatro filmes; - Brenda Blethyn pelo filme que ela foi aclamada de pé em Berlim; - Emily Watson; - Suspense...
