Cadê o "Superman IV"?

Ficam relançando essa coleção' date=' mas bem que poderiam fazer um esforço maior e lançar, em grande estilo, a coleção completa, tal qual será nos EUA.

Mas como adoram tirar nosso dinheirinho com bombas e/ou coleções incompletas...

Recomendo esperar pra ver se lançarão a coleção completa por aqui...

Tá certo que o quarto filme é bem inferior aos outros, mas assim não dá!!!!! Não tem cabimento!!!!

Vc NUNCA vai ver Superman IV lançado aqui no Brasil. Nem na Europa. Isso não é culpa da distribuidora aqui no Brasil, não...é culpa dos produtores do filme. Na época, foi assinado um contrato limitando os direitos em mídia de home entertainment (VHS, DVD) de Superman IV somente para os Estados Unidos...

Por isso, nosso box nacional prateado só tem os 3 primeiros filmes...e nem na Amazon inglesa vc encontra...lá tem somente o link pra comprar o filme da região 1...veja abaixo..

Em geral, as nossas distribuidoras nacionais sempre pisam na bola....mas dessa vez, não.

Importe dos EUA, não sai tão caro. Eu fiz isso.

Mas isso não impede que saia em DVD por aqui pela mesma distribuidora que o lançou em VHS. Quem sabe pelo mesmo preço do dvd da Supergirl (que eu ainda estou procurando pelas lojas americanas, sem sucesso )

No site abaixo eles fizeram uma coleção de coisas confirmadas e não confirmadas sobre o box. A previsão deles está quase igual a minha, só q eles acham q a versão estendida de Superman III não vai estar no box:

A Warner mostrou um preview de "Superman II - The Richard Donner Cut" hoje, 21 de Julho, na Comic-con em San Diego.

 

 

A Warner também anunciou o lançamento de uma caixa chamada "The Cristopher Reeve Collection" contendo os 4 filmes de Superman. Os filmes I e II serão dvd duplos e os filmes III e IV são dvd simples.

Warner Home Video has announced a number of brand new Superman

releases - all of which star the legendary Christopher Reeve. Available

from November 28th will be a four-disc release of Superman: The Movie

(which includes both the 1978 and 2001 extended editions along with

Donner commentary and archival footage of additional scenes and screen

tests), Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut which includes the film as

it was originally conceived and intended to be filmed (includes a new

never-before-seen beginning, a never-before-seen resolution with 15

minutes of restored footage, and more), and deluxe editions of both

Superman III and IV. Also available from the 28th November will be a

Christopher Reeve Superman Collection which includes all of the above,

apart from the Donner Cut of Superman II. This will retail at $79.92.

Tomara que lancem a caixa inteira com os 14 discos. Não importa se o 3 e o 4 são muito ruins. Vale a pena ter a coleção completa. Espero que saia em HD-DVD. Vai ser minha primeira compra de um dvd em alta definição.

Hahaha.. q hilário, eles tratam o lançamento como se fosse a maior atração do ano.. primeiro pra locação, depois pra venda, como fazem com os filmes mais esperados.. espero q junte poeira na locadora.

Disso tudo q foi falado, oq mais espero mesmo é a versão nova de Super II.

have announced a host of Region 1 DVD releases for 28th November 2006,

all starring the late Christopher Reeve in his landmark portrayal of

the Man of Steel. Leading the way will be the long-awaited Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut

($24.98 SRP), directed by Donner and representing Superman II as it was

originally conceived and intended to be filmed. An overwhelmingly

requested title, the movie features Donner's original footage, shot but

never used before, including a never-before-seen beginning, a

never-before-seen resolution, with 15 minutes of restored footage of

Marlon Brando as Jor-El and much more.

 

 

 

Other titles to be released include Superman: The Movie Four Disc Special Edition

($39.92 SRP) which features both the DVD debut of the 1978 theatrical

version as well as the 2001 extended edition with commentary from

director Richard Donner and Tom Mankiewicz, archival footage of

Richard Lester's ever-popular Superman II will be

available in a new Two Disc Special Edition ($26.99 SRP) including a

new featurette, vintage television specials and additional vault

Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut

 

 

Superman II will delight fans who, for years, have been imploring

Warner Home Video via voluminous numbers of petitions, letters, phone

calls and e-mails to release the Donner cut.

 

 

 

In fact, Donner had already shot most of the Superman II footage during

Superman: The Movie. But as production on the sequel continued,

creative differences between the director and the film's producers

became irreconcilable and Donner left the project. Although Richard

Lester was hired to finish production, he chose to make major changes

to the film, leaving only vestiges of Donner's original vision and

concepts in the version of Superman II that was ultimately released to

theaters.

 

 

 

Now, nearly thirty years later, Warner Home Video is honoured to grant

the wishes of countless Superman fans. With this DVD release, Richard

Donner has become the first director in history to be able to complete

a film he left during production with nearly all his footage "in the

can." Adding back a substantial amount of that unused footage, the

Most notably, the "Donner cut" restores the Marlon Brando role, filmed

for, but not included in the final theatrical release version of

Mas agora tenho outra dúvida: a notícia da 2001video estava se referindo ao DVD com a versão de Donner, ou estava se referindo a edição especial dupla da versão de Lester?

Acabei comprando o box em oferta. É melhor que esperar até Novembro e a facada que vai ser o novo box, valerá mais a pena levar a versão de Donner para Superman II separado. E de superman IV eu não lembro nada, vou alugar em vhs essa semana pra ver se valerá o dvd.

E encontrei também o dvd de revista da supergirl. Eu lembrava de ter adorado o filme na minha infância e constatei duas coisas:

1. Crianças se contentam com muito pouco

2. Supergirl é a Mulher Gato dos anos 80. Produção desleixada só pra lucrar mais com a imagem do superman, e muito, muito tosco.

Alias seria interessante alguém ver supergirl e mulher gato na sequência pra descobrir qual o pior. Infelizmente nunca saberiamos o resultado porque é fisicamente impossivel ver os dois no mesmo dia sem derreter o cérebro
